1. Please be advised we have a $1,500.00 food order minimum for all of our BBQ packages.

2. We only service the Toronto and surrounding areas generally 1.5 hours max of traveling time from our office in Mississauga.

3. All of our events are held outdoors, ground floor. We will not transport equipment through buildings, venues etc.

4. For park events our vehicle MUST be able to access the park site where you are having your bbq.

5. Since we are an outdoor BBQ company we only operate from April to Mid October.

City Parks are a great venue to host a BBQ however throughout our experience we understand it may require additional documents and logistic planning. All our BBQs use propane and are TSSA inspected; if insurance documents are required these can only be provided at time booking is confirmed.
Simply BBQ is not a food truck and we have a complete BBQ setup that involves a lot of heavy equipment and we want to ensure the safety our team and have in advance minor logistics for the events we cater before quoting and arriving onsite.
*Please note the Simply BBQ team will require being on the park site 1- 2 hours prior to the food service time and a contact and access to the BBQ site will be required*
