The only glitch we experienced was that the food designated for the kids (burgers and hot dogs) were given to many of the adults, leaving only the adult food for many of the kids. I realized I should have announced that when we started lining everyone up for lunch, but it didn’t even occur to me. Too many things on the go and I was running around like a crazy person. A heads up or tip from one of the staff before we started would’ve been a huge value-add. I totally understand it’s not their responsibility, but it’s those little things that really help a frantic host out. 🙂
