For events held in parks our vehicle MUST gain access to the park site. We can only setup 10-15 from where the truck can reach. If the truck can only unload the equipment and cannot remain onsite you need to have reserved parking for our vehicles in the parking lots.*

Additional Items
Currently on your order if a vegetarian option is included in your menu there is an automatic amount of (5%) indicated. Please confirm if you would like more or less than currently included on your quotation and we will have that specified on your contract.
Please note this can be a percentage of the total guests or an exact amount ie: 10% / 25 vegetarian burgers. Note: Please disregard the above if you already specified to an administrator your preferred amount

Vegetarian and vegan items are prepared on the same grill unless a separate grill is requested. We cannot cook these items first since and put aside since we serve all items off the grill to ensure they are hot and the best quality. A dedicated grill with separate utensils ensures full separation. Rental Fee is $150.00 includes propane.

At the end of your event, you will be responsible for packaging all left over food items. If you would like for Simply BBQ to package all leftover food items on your behalf, we will do so for a an additional service fee starting at $45.00 plus HST, it will include all disposable containers/boxes and cartons. If you select the service and no food is leftover you will not be charged the fee. We do not offer the packaging service for over 250 guests.

Insurance Requirements
Simply BBQ can provide you a copy of our general certificate of insurance. However, if you require to be added to our policy we charge a $75.00 admin fee for processing.
